This downtown remodel houses retail, restaurant and office space. The landscape includes an outdoor eating area with contemporary metal planters and a low maintenance streetscape that meets the aesthetic guidelines of the downtown corridor. Small planting spaces are filled with decorative metal structures covered with Clematis vines. A simple plant palette provides seasonal color and interesting textures to the property. The design creates a comfortable place to work and visit while redeveloping a piece of downtown Reno.
