Built on a large cul-de-sac lot, this new house is an excellent example of low-water, yet cool and colorful Xeriscape. Ornamental grasses, yucca, and evergreens provide year-round vegetation as well as a habitat for birds. A two-level Alumawood pergola with custom electronic screens create shade and matching, decorative arbors planted with trumpet vines provide an attractive view.
