CALIFORNIA AVENUE
	This gorgeous, brand new home on historic California Avenue needed a landscape to match the house as well as meet the stringent guidelines of the historic district. The grand driveway and entry are framed with a combination of traditional boxwood hedges, colorful Japanese maples and tall amber grasses. We preserved the large shade trees in the back yard and created several intimate “rooms” full of shade tolerant groundcovers and perennials.
