Previously an old landscape with large expanses of lawn; it was both unattractive and using huge amounts of water. We reduced the lawn areas and made the remaining spaces more useable and attractive. A new stained, stamped patio with firepit was built around an existing, mature Oak tree while a large area of lawn was removed to make room for a raised vegetable garden. A rock waterfall was located to be enjoyed from the patios as well as from inside the house. The remaining lawn received updated irrigation, therefore the homeowners water use has been significantly reduced.
